How Does NSAT Work? Step-by-Step Process

Here is a step-by-step overview of how NSAT works, from details to results and scholarship award:

PW NSAT Exam Details

This test is generally a one-hour test where candidates are tested with SCQ (Single Choice Questions)
The examination's subjects are Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, and Mental Ability based on the NCERT syllabus, as it pertains to your grade and stream (JEE/NEET/foundation).
For each correct answer, +4 is allotted, while for each wrong answer, 0 is given.

PW NSAT Result Declaration

After the exam date(s) conclude, Physics Wallah Gulf will release the results online on its official website. The results will also be announced at the respective schools.
Candidates can log in with their Registered Mobile number to check their detailed scorecard, result analysis, Scholarship, Country wise Ranks, GCC Ranks.
Scholarships are given based on students' performance in PWNSAT-Gulf.

PW NSAT Scholarship Awards

Scholarships of up to 100% on Physics Wallah Gulf's coaching programs (PW Gulf offline and online courses) are awarded based on merit.
Top performers may also receive cash prizes and global ranking certificates. (T&C Apply)
Scholarship details, joining instructions, and further procedures are communicated via WhatsApp/SMS/Call.
Students can also visit the nearby PW Gulf centers to avail the scholarships.

1. Registration & Examination Procedure

Offline Registration: Students may register for PWNSAT-Gulf through the registration form available at the participating school or designated PW Gulf centre.
It is mandatory to provide all required details in the registration form. In case of incomplete, incorrect, duplicate, or multiple details, the registration may be rejected or cancelled at the discretion of Physics Wallah Gulf.
The PWNSAT-Gulf examination will consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and will be conducted in offline mode on an OMR sheet.
Students are permitted to appear for PWNSAT-Gulf only once in an academic year. If a student attempts the examination more than once, Physics Wallah Gulf reserves the right to consider only the first valid attempt.
PWNSAT-Gulf sample/mock test papers may be made available to students through designated PW Gulf platforms.

2. General Instructions

Students/parents/guardians are required to provide a valid mobile number and email address for communication. Results, updates, and other relevant information may be communicated through SMS, WhatsApp, email, phone call, or other official communication channels.
Physics Wallah Gulf shall not be responsible for any communication not received due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated contact details provided during registration.
The format or presentation of the student's performance report may vary from the format shown in promotional or informational materials.
Physics Wallah Gulf reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at its discretion.
In case of any discrepancy or issue concerning the examination or results, students/parents/guardians may contact Physics Wallah Gulf through the designated communication channels.
By participating in PWNSAT-Gulf, the student/parent/guardian agrees to abide by the examination rules, instructions, and decisions communicated by Physics Wallah Gulf.
By participating in PWNSAT-Gulf, the student/parent/guardian agrees that Physics Wallah Gulf may use the student's name, photographs, videos, and testimonials for promotional and publicity purposes across its official communication and media channels, subject to applicable laws and permissions.

3. Cash Rewards & Scholarships

Cash Rewards: Cash rewards will be awarded to eligible students securing Country Rank 1, 2 and 3 in their respective grade/category, as specified in the reward table above.
Scholarships: Scholarships will be awarded based on the student's Gulf Rank, with the applicable scholarship percentage as specified in the reward table above.
Rank Determination: Ranks will be determined based on the student's performance in the PWNSAT-Gulf examination and the applicable grade/category.
Tie-Breaker Rule: In case multiple students secure equal aggregate marks, the following criteria will be used to determine the higher rank:
- Classes 8-10: MAT, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry & Biology
- Classes 11-12 – JEE: Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics
- Classes 11-12 – NEET: Physics, Chemistry, Botany & Zoology
If the subject-wise scores are also equal, the younger student will be awarded the higher rank. This criterion will apply across all eligible classes.
Cash rewards and scholarships are subject to verification of the student's eligibility and examination details.
The scholarship percentage and cash reward applicable to each rank/category will be as specified in the reward tables above.
Physics Wallah Gulf reserves the right to verify student details and eligibility before awarding any cash reward or scholarship.
The decision of Physics Wallah Gulf regarding ranks, cash rewards and scholarships shall be final and binding.
